  1. Before taking salt bath, you have to take a shower and wash yourself thoroughly.
  2. You have to fill your tub with water and keep the temperature of water up to 98-100 degrees. It is recommended that you keep the temperature of water a bit higher than your body temperature. It will make you sweat and also allows for maximum absorption. If you prefer hot baths, then you can enjoy it hot. However, you will still encounter an efficient cleansing.
  3. You have to dissolve the Himalayan salt crystals completely in your tub. If your salt will remain chunky then you might need to let them sit overnight in a huge pot of water to get completely dissolved. If you are using any sort of essential oils then you have to add them to the running water until your tub completely fills.

  5. You have to keep yourself hydrated. You might not be able to drink an entire gallon of water but it is good to drink two or three glass of water.
