The sun is very harsh to the skin. Scientists say that too much exposure to the sun can cause skin damage and even skin cancer. If you have a fairer complexion, you are in more risks of getting these diseases.

Even though people with darker skin complexion should not be too confident in going in the sun because they are also at risk. The first sign of sun damage is of course redness of the part that was affected by the sun’s ultraviolet rays. Pain and discomfort are felt 12 to 48 hours.

If you are a driver, the sun can also be your enemy. The driver’s seat exposes you constantly to sunlight. Especially now that the sun’s heat is more dangerous due to climate change, one cannot make sure that he/she is completely safe.
